How to Cook?
OVERNIGHT OATS
Ingredients Required :-
Take 1/3rd Cup (40 g apprx) Svaasthya Rolled Oats, 1 Tsp. Chia Seeds, 3/4th Cup Milk (preferably cold), 1 Tsp. Maple Syrup (or any other sweetener of your choice),1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract, Pinch of Salt
INSTRUCTIONS :-
Mix all the ingredients together in a mason jar. Cover tightly and shake until well combined. Place the jar in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Feel free to add more milk before serving for desired consistency. Serve with toppings of your choice like, fresh cut fruits, berries, nuts, seeds or granola."
Regular Oats in Breakfast
Take 1/3rd cup Rolled Oats and put soak the same by adding 1 Glass of water in a bowl. Add salt and spices to taste with diced vegetables and cook on a medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve Hot and enjoy.
